Webster (2015)

Webster is a collection of music from across Europe and beyond. It encompasses tunes that influenced and were influenced by virtuoso jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt, violinist Stéphane Grappelli, and the various guises of their Quintette du Hot Club de France.

You’ll find original arrangements of some familiar tunes, but also we hope that you’ll be introduced to some lesser-known composers – right the way from 1924 to the present day. And for Django fans, there are some real treats in there too!

We were very fortunate to be joined by our good friend Mirek Salmon, as guest accordionist on ‘Si Tu Vois Ma Mère’, ‘Extasé (Ecstasy) Tango’, and ‘La Partida’. Follow him on twitter at @accordionmirek.

Webster is available in two flavours – good old CD or new fangled digital download, in mp3, CD-quality audio or any format you could possibly desire. Or just listen online for free! Visit our Bandcamp store.

Quasimodo (2012)

Recorded in 2012, Quasimodo is a 13-track album of music inspired by and in the style of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli… but covers over 50 years of jazz, from many different composers. Feel free to listen online, for free – or if you’d like to purchase a copy head over to our bandcamp page.
